Re: Safe use of VED

If you are happy, have a boner, or satisfied with a VED. Stick to it. Don't rush to an Implant. Do your research about this Implant Pump. Once you go to the Implant, you stuck. At least with the VED, you can pump to a boner. I would go back to the VED in a heart beat. But I can't. Just walking aroun...

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...

Could the Urologist depress the bulb? He could not without a lot of pressure pain in the sack. I'm still at a lost. Where is it written or mentioned that a pump is suppose to be this fuking painful? Everywhere I have read or seen, You just pump the pump until you have a boner. Where did all this pa...

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...

Well, I'm back. The URO told me today, I was having an auto-inflate. I was slightly inflated, and I know damn well I did not inflate. Too painful to inflate when you pump is still a marble/rock/stone. So I ask, what pain meds are you using or recommend to use to inflate? The URO says, I can't hurt o...

Re: Simply cannot pump today

These are all signs of a sticky pump. The devices are made tight to last a long time. So with the tight tolerances every so often you will get one that is on the bit over tight side of things. Heat is the best help for this. I used a heating pad for my sticky pump and it worked great. I had the hea...

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...

Do you have problems with hand strength or dexterity? It can definitely take a strong squeeze to get it going the first pump sometimes No hand issues here. Damn good hand / finger strength. Even the URO, says it's difficult to depress, but will loosen up over time. We are at over 3 months. He, says...

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...

Well, the URO says the bulb/pump will soften up after time. I say, that's a bullshyt answer. I have yet to inflate this Implant or go through a cycle. He says, "The pump doesn't need to be replaced". I just can't imagine all you brothers are embedded with a stone pump. Maybe I was expectin...

Re: Cigna denied surgery for Clavell

You got stuck with an $89k bill

I too got an Implant insurance bill of $89k. But was covered. My problem.....It seems I paid for a Marble, Rock, or Stone for a AMS Pump, which I can't use. Not by Clavell.

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...

Still struggling.....It's been 3 months / 12 weeks. Pump still hard as a rock. I wanted to try some padded pliers to squeeze. But I have another URO follow in 2 weeks. Hopefully, I can get some real answers, as to why still pump is so hard. I hope I don't have to get a pump exchange. I was looking i...

Re: Ams700 implanted guys

The AMS 700 operation overall process and parts worked out well. But my concerns, is the pump. I think their pump is made or ceramic material. It's a rock or a stone. Nothing flexible about the pump. It would be great if the pump was flexible or easier to pump. It's like you need vise grips of a set...
