Soft Glans
I've noticed that a common issue is having a soft glans during penetration. This has been discussed many times before but we have new guys getting fixed daily. An IPP doesn't cure your ED it only makes your shaft really hard. So if your glans was soft before it will still be soft after. Most ED suff...

Re: How much girth difference between inflated and flaccid
It was 6.5” a few months pre op. About a 25% loss of size including length lost post op. It’s been 1 year post op and the implant seems just as hard/long/girth as it did 3 months post op. The only thing that’s noticeably changed is how easy it is to pump up compared to when I first started cycling ...

Re: Pumping up 80% then pump goes flat
Modern pumps have a safety bypass that prevents you from putting too much pressure against your glans. When it goes flat can you still squeeze but nothing happens? 2nd possibility. Pumps also have a safety lock out feature. In this case it just shuts you down and stays flat/empty. Sometimes I just h...

Re: T Minus 24 Hours
Thank you for the well wishes. Okay I just returned from the Dr where the removed the drain. No problem there. Made it through the night with Tylenol and Ibuprofen. A bit uncomfortable and didn't sleep much but this drain gone maybe tonight will be better. Trying to stay off the strong pain killer....

Re: Going in for a consultation in 2 weeks just had a few questions
So my questions are as follows In your experience how long after consultation did it take for the doctor to set up surgery Also as far as ejaculation goes are you still able to experience the feeling of ejaculation with the pump inside (quote) Stand, It takes about 4 weeks from your " yes you n...

Re: 2nd year and still pain when inflated hard
I would check with the AMS patient liaison for the manufacturer's thoughts on that. Personal and VERY SPECULATIVE opinion of my own: The LGX only lengthens so far before the material of which it is made reaches its limit. That you feel pain upon pumping up suggests that YOUR tissues are the ones th...

Re: how long can i keep it inflated for the first time
is there any consesus on how long you can keep your tool inflated after surgery? is there any danger in delaying the deflation? Any min-max time frame? Your body will tell you when it's too much, at least mine does. In Siberia they fully inflate for the first 3 weeks. (OUCH!!!!!) So in the real wor...

Re: Out with the old in with the new.....
Ronn, I'm on my first implant an LGX. One study I saw showed that the average LGX life was 29 months compared to the Titan 48 months. I think the most important thing is to have a great surgery. In my case the LGX is better because it let's me control my girth. Bad back so 5 inches vs 6 inches works...
