A random thought. It's inevitable that an implant is going to eventually fail. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried to use a VED in case of a 'blowout' or would the corpus cavernosum be so atrofied that this method would be useless

My GP prescribed a low dose Sertraline for premature ejaculation. I split a 50mg pill. I found that a whole pill killed my libido. Getting an implant helped my PE tremendously. I also take a zinc supplement if I feel my libido lagging. BTW welcome.

To me it sounds like psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Don't be afraid to see a Dr. and try to get this sorted out. I'd be leery of online pharmacies and it would be safer to get treatment from a more legitimate source.

I was sent home with a script for 500mg acetaminophen(tylenol) and 800mg ibuprofen(motrin). Enough for 1 week. I went out and got an additional weeks worth of Extra Strength Tylenol. If you have access to cannabis the combination worked wonders. For me most of the discomfort was gone by 14 days

In my opinion you should consider injections or a VED first. Cons of injections are cost. Insurance wont cover these formulatory medications. Pain.
