Re: Feeling change from flaccid penis after implant?

Hi Rocco, Sorry to hear your situation.. When I tried using a vacuum pump a while back, it gave me problem similar to what I hear you describe - whereby I just wouldn't feel any sensation in it for months after (my guess is that the vacuum pump had somehow caused trauma to it - a view which the surg...

Re: Recommended post-op instructions for optimal benefits

Thanks guys and thanks for the suggestion Floppy.

Kent16 - you mention masturbation wasn't pleasurable at day 6 - is that you were still in pain in day 6? Has the masturbation become pleasurable again later down the line once the post-op pain does subside?

Recommended post-op instructions for optimal benefits

Hey guys, I see that several on this post have already had a Titan inflatable installed, I am pencilled in to have one done next month. I wanted to ask people on this board, based on their experiences, what they consider the optimal post-care instructions for the Titan should be? For example: 1. Is ...

Re: Suspensory-ligament-tightening + Penile-implant

newbie443 - have you ever in your life had great than 45 or 90 degrees elevation? If you have, my guess would be that it's not suspensory-ligament issue (but that's coming from another newbie here). From my understanding, it's more the firmness-at-the-base that drives the decision rather than angle-...

Re: General anesthetic artificial erection test

I have tried Caverject injections but they have never successfully induced erections for me. Whehter or not they would induce erections whilst I'm asleep under general anesthetic I don't know (as guess the body might react differently whilst asleep). I think the ED issue is already proved for me. I ...

General anesthetic artificial erection test

I just found out my surgeon may do a day-procedure on me of giving me general-anesthetic whilst inducing me with an artifical erection (via Caverject). I think reason for this test is specifically to decipher whether there is an issue with my suspensory-ligaments (in addition to the ED I definitely ...

Re: Cavernosometry / cavernosography (“dye-test”) of crura – and consequent embolization of veins in X-ray department

Thank you Naginati, I had not heard this about emobilsation before, so useful to hear anything you've heard. Would be useful to hear anyone else's thoughts, as I can find very limited info about embolisation out there. Dorsal-vein ligation I don't think had any success for me. But I had it done simu...

Re: Rear tip extenders.

I'm considering having a penile-implant in near future. As someone new to this site, I'm new to the concept of an RTE - I've being trying to get my head around exactly what it is as not really heard/read about it before. 1. Is an RTE something that I do or don't want to be asking my surgeon to inser...

Cavernosometry / cavernosography (“dye-test”) of crura – and consequent embolization of veins in X-ray department

I previously have had dorsal-vein ligation, to address venous-leak in penis. But this has not been successful, as I still suffer other venous leak, which it’s believed might be stemming from the crura region. My urologist has suggested a dye-test in this area. And if leakage is found, to embolize th...

Suspensory-ligament-tightening + Penile-implant

Hello Frank Board, I am a 35yo man. Two life-long issues I've had ongoing: 1. My erections have never in my lifetime been hard enough to penetrate. FOR THIS, A PENILE-IMPLANT IS BEING EXPLORED 2. In addition, the base of the penis has remained too loose and floppy – and so unable to hold the penis r...
