Hey brothers, I've been meaning to jot down several tips based on my own experience of the penile implant in November and since then.. hope you find these helpful.. feel free to add to or question me on any aspects. I have tried categorised my advice into Pre-op, During Op, and Post Op: PRE-OP: - I ...

Re: Pump is not in the middle and still feeling painful+heavy

Hey guys. Thought I'd let you know how my appointment with the surgeon went since my last post on this. (I am currently at Week 9 since the op).. - The pointing of the pump to RHS in the balls (see earlier photo I posted on this thread to see what I mean) - apparently this is fairly common - and apa...

Re: Pump is not in the middle and still feeling painful+heavy

I wonder if this may be because a stitch may have been placed there during surgery to keep the pump on one side or the other (to avoid the pump floating too close up to the scrotum). Still wouldn't explain why mine's painful though.

Re: Pump is not in the middle and still feeling painful+heavy

I've just taken photos whilst inflated that better show what's going on - as you will see from the photo the pump arrows quite strongly out to the right whilst inflated, and is quite painful to touch (it's probably the main source of pain in the area). By the way these photos are taken with me lying...

Pump is not in the middle and still feeling painful+heavy

My pump is located on one side of the testicles-area (to the right of the penis) - which makes this side where the pump is located feel compressed, tight and painful - whilst the other side is left saggy and painless. See the diagram I've drawn in attached Photo 1 to see what I mean. The pump also s...

Re: Sore Little Buddy

To add to my earlier post on this - I figured out a way to hot-bathe the area without having a bath-tub - I've started filling a small bucket with warm water, and then wet-warm-compressing the area with either a small towel or with paper kitchen-towels. Especially applying the warm-compresses to whe...

Re: Incontinence after implant?

I am 5 weeks post op - I don't have full-on urinary incontinence but I definitely do have "spraying" - which I believe stems from the same issue of incontinence - because of pressure on/around the urethra or something. I've been told this might sort itself over time once the post-op swelli...

Re: How is masturbation after the implant?

I'm also new post-op - I also find I can masterbate and orgasm flaccid - which I'm infact using as part of my inflation process as it makes it somehow feel less painful. Here's how I understand it.. there's two components of the what goes on in the penile-area during erection: 1. The structural-body...

Re: Sore Little Buddy

I tend not to point upwards - only because the elastic-bit of the underwear will otherwise slip over onto the sensitive painful area of the testicles The pain is there even when not wearing clothes. The pain I would say is mostly around where those 'rabbit ear's folds are - so if I massage these are...
