Have had original and revision implants both on NHS. 1st one was done at a hospital in London. Went wrong big time. Waited a year then had a revision in my home town.
Never wanted to go to London in 1st place and refused any further treatment at the place.

That is why I say you have a problem. Once you transfer the saline from the reservoir to the cylinders and there is no more room to pump anymore saline, the bulb should get rock hard. Hi Raychez. My penis gets rock hard after about 25-30 pumps. And never goes down until I deflate. So there can't be much wrong with the equipment.
My main query was, that my bulb never becomes too hard to press. I was wondering if it should.

I have just counted more than 100 squeezes on bulb. Still haven't got to stage where it has become too hard to squeeze. I must have a reservoir the size of lake Ontario. Anybody else get this?

Hi all. Just a quick question. How do I know when the implant is fully pumped up?.
Does the reservoir become empty and the pump not work anymore. ie:can you no longer squeeze the bulb? Thanks guys.
