How deep is "deep"... ?

We read all the time about Distral tips being properly located deep into the Glans. Maybe this should be self explanitory, but hey ; hopefully most of us have had a single experience to judge this by. Usually our own, with nobody else to show that would understand or compare ours to. How would you d...

Re: implant problems

I have always used round toilets instead of the elongated versions. Round toilets take less space. My dad had an implant and would say he didn't like my toilet because his dick hits the edge of the bowl. Now years later I know what he was talking about. have to stuff my dick down and it pops back u...

Re: How does implant length correlate to penis length

An 18 centimeter implant is a very common application. It is is about 7 inches + possibly 1-2 cm RTE. Add 3/4" to 1 inch for the Glans = 9" +/- Roughly 1/3 of total implant length of 9" inside the body [ 3 inches ] Roughly 6" external. You're probably not gonna show 8 inches on a...

Re: Which Surgeons Keep Implant Inflated Post Op

Well .... many on here may have only had one implant by one surgeon, some may have had a revision by the original surgeon; while some guys have had multiple revisions by more than one srgeon. My perception from reading on this site, I'd say the majority of surgeons leave a new implant inflated betwe...

Re: touble getting wife on board

Lost, I have been trying to get into My wife's "Inner circle" for over 40 years. I would have to agree with what you say. She says that her mother's only sex conversation with her was " Eeeew...sex is messy!" With no prostate or ejaculate it is not messy anymore. So my big quest...

Re: Patient Champion

Just a question then, How does one get assigned a patient advocate. As "piddlin" stated, "He had one assigned to him"; possibly through his doctor, the hospital, insurance or the manufacturer themselves; I dunno. Hopefully he will elaborate upon that. From my experience you must...

Re: Patient Champion

HI, A patient champion is the same as a patient advocate. When I had my implant done in Huston there was an advocate assigned to me. She was with me every step of the surgery process. She met with my wife and I pre-op, went to surgery with me and kept my wife updated. Now for what the champion/advo...

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant

Thanks again for replying with your experiences justanotherdrumber: I do squeeze the penis to fully drain the cylinders raychez: It takes me about 60 pumps for it to be good enough for sex -- which is the same as my former pump -- though maybe you are getting more out of each pump than I'm getting....

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant

I'll never understand why my MS is almost unsqueezable so far. I get several proper squeezes then it's almost impossible to squeeze. They must have been able to find a softer material. I don't believe the material itself or the physical thickness of the walls have much to do with effort required to...

Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant

Thanks for the replies -- this is reassuring to hear that it is not uncommon. I think my first pump may have just been more forgiving -- I don't think I'm great at doing the first pump as hard and fast as I should. I have tried the block reset by squeezing on the sides -- I'm not sure if I did it h...
