Re: What did you tell family/friends you were going into surgery for when you were being implanted?
Repair of a hernia on the groin area. If some family member was to ask. In my situation my wife is the only one that knows. But in the last twenty years a couple of my friends were having problems with prostrate cancer and suffered from ED and were really taking it hard that their sex was over. So I...

Re: How long does it take to pump up for sex?
If somebody is pumping 70-80 times to fill up a 22cm cylinder, there is something wrong either on the pump or you have a leak some where in the system. You should have a full erection with 24 pumps if you have the bigger MS pump. If you have a Titan which is a smaller pump it might take a few more, ...

Re: Implanted yesterday
Yes you will be swollen for a few days, but keep the ice packs on it as much as possible and time. The swelling will start going down and in my case the scrotum was almost black, but like I said eventually it got white again. You will never regret having the implant done. And yes welcome to the Bion...

Re: Fully pump with no pain?
Sounds to me like the surgeon did not pull the cylinders far enough into the glan. The tips of the cylinders need to be almost three forth into the glan, if not you are going to have a floppy glan. Did you have a couple of snake eyes on the tip of your penis after surgery? That would show that they ...

Re: Infection and complications
The important thing in this situation is to get rid of the infection. With the LGX you should have no problem losing length. First things first!
I just can not figure why anybody would recommend a ved after you have been told you had an infection. Healing has to be the priority.

Re: Going forward with implant
You will be a little sore the first two days, but pain pills will be prescribed and I bruised really bad on my scrotum, but it starts going away in a few days. Just apply ice packs as often as possible. The more you do it, the faster you will heal up. You will really like the implant and to me getti...

Re: Implant recommended, although I still have blood flow
Best thing you can do is to have an implant. I done it right away when I was in my fifties. I had carcinoma cancer just below the bladder on the urethra so they removed the prostrate to make sure the cancer had not spread, but it made me suffer from ED. I did not wait long to make up my mind, I was ...

Re: AMS or Titan
I have had AMS now three times and I have been very happy with the cylinders, Never had any problem with the Ultrex which lasted fifteen years, then I believe the pump failed. Second was the AMS LGX with MS pump and I noticed right away on that MS pump was going to give problems because the valve wa...
Re: Las vegas
A city with over two million population has some real good doctors. But if you do not want Las Vegas there are plenty in California. They have done a great job on two implants I have had. The last one was excellent with the LGX.

Re: Damage to penile tissue due to use of injectables
Before my first implant they tried Caverject and I really believe that it traumatized the penis to where it just did not feel right, was bruised all the time and I thought it was starting to give a curve on it. That is when I decided I wanted an implant, and it was the best move I could have ever ma...
