Re: First Revision Cause and Possible Pump Issues New Implant

My MS pump has had all those problems and some others. Mine will vary on how much pressure is needed. Only rarely and not for a long time was it easy to inflate. The cylinders inflate at different rates and to different firmness and size. The difference will decrease over 5 to 10 minutes now. I can ...

Re: A few question regarding surgery (Dr. Kramer)

Even the best have reoperation rates. Pumps are not 100% and things happen. I did avoid infection and still think I made the right choice. I was just one of the very few that has problems. Soon as I am able I will look into this more. The thing is I have no one close to see about this. So it will ta...

Re: A few question regarding surgery (Dr. Kramer)

How was your pain level following surgery (newbie443)? Did you drive home? Is your implant functional? I had very little pain afterwards. They have a shuttle service at the hospital that was free and took my home the next morning. I ask for Tylenol before I left the hospital and I had pain meds I d...

Re: A few question regarding surgery (Dr. Kramer)

As said the stiches dissolve over time and as they do you have what Kramer calls whiskers. Mine to a bit over 6 weeks and the whiskers were a bit annoying but not really painful. I went alone and stayed over night. The next morning Dr. Kramer's very attractive resident removed the cath and it was no...

Re: How to get over getting dumped, to date or not to

I'd like to get some feed from the single guys OR the married guys who have gone through this. I never had ED up till 8 months ago. I had a crazy sexual chemistry with this girl I was dating for a year. Loved her. From an accident we had I now have ED. We got back together and then realized, what u...

Re: Implant Question

Well maybe. But do your research. My local uro said I'd loose an inch and he had no one he'd done an implant on to talk to me. Another doc in the group did and when I talked to him he said I would loose an inch. Another doc I considered that was just outside the edge of insurance coverage and was th...

Re: Travel cost for implant

My hotel bill was $805.45. But I stayed 3 extra nights for a total of 7 nights. I flew in on Monday when I could have booked a flight very early on Tuesday. Good thing I did as there was bad weather on Tuesday. And I could have flown out on Saturday but waited till Monday for extra time to recover. ...

Re: injestions vs implant

I have a question. I may be faced with having to get an implant. Had a fracture. Don't think it will ever work like it did, in fact I know it never will. Now I've been trying with pills and injections. But here's my question, with injections you have to stop in the heat of the moment and go inject ...

Re: little depressed, implant and pshot

As I said I do not know much about fractures. Someone else most likely has way more knowledge than I do and can provide you with some info in regards to that. As far as pumping an implant I can say from limited experience that it is much closer to normal than injections. I was never able to inject d...

Re: Has an implant ruined your ability to orgasm?

I was always a bit slow. I never had trouble letting my female partner finish first. I have had loss of sensitivity over the years and a bit more from the implant but that is improving. I am just over 9 months post op. It does take me longer now and sometimes if I'm tired I will not climax. That sai...
