Here are mine at 21 Days post-implant. I measured today and I'm a bit over 6 inches now, so it's expanded since surgery. Girth is 5.25

Hope you're feeling better there. I'm 21 days post-surgery exactly and feel infinitely better. For me it was about 10 days, though I went back to desk-job after a week. Still throbs but no pain per se. You're defintely through the worst of it so onward and, um, upward!

I'd love to hear the answer to this. I'm 3 weeks out and it's still pretty stiff and not supple, especially at the base. Looks (and feels) that I'm semi-erect all the time

I think the answer has to do with the tubing, size of scrotum skin and testilces, etc. They can't just drop it in or the tubing would be a mess and stick out and be very noticeable physically during sex.
