Re: Drive home after surgery
My operation was Wednesday and the wife collected me Saturday. That was perfect. I agree as that same timing worked for me, for the first one. Last time, however, I did ride home in our car on the second day following the surgery. It was only a 1.5 hour trip as I used a local doctor (Tampa) for my ...

Re: Placement of Pump
My first one was so high I could only barely grab it and required a contortion of my arm, wrist and hand to deflate. It never dropped and couldn't be pulled down. Thankfully, it was removed after 8 months. My new one is perfect. It hangs down behind and slightly below my balls. Access is now easy. I...

Re: How many seconds to inflate
I do have "old, weak hands" and do a bunch of small pumps. Actually, I can't pump with my right hand at all....arthritis I have the exact same problem. It takes me 25 pumps to get to user level (where my wife likes it) and 30-35 to get to max. My wife also likes it to be sort of soft. She...

Re: Where is your pump?
I doubt I could get a hold of it to pump. Will it drop? My first one was so high I could only barely grab it and required a contortion of my arm, wrist and hand to deflate. It never dropped and couldn't be pulled down. Thankfully, it was removed after 8 months. My new one is perfect. It hangs down ...

Re: I need advice
I have an AMS and really you do not need to worry about hardness. Three pumps is more than enough to do the job.
I'm guessing you meant 30 pumps.

Re: I need advice
The coloplast gets harder. Sorry ED2013, but I disagree. That "harder in the hard state" video is a fallacy that's been circulated for a long time here and other places. For me, anyway. The AMS gets just as hard as the Titan. It's dependent on just how hard you pump it up. The inflated st...

Re: usable length of implant
No high volume doctor that does hundreds of implants a year has an AMS representative in the OR. I think Dr. Kramer would qualify as a high-volume implant surgeon. But he had a Coloplast rep, who is also a very experienced implant surgeon, present during my implant surgery. I've even wondered if th...

Re: please do titan pumps have lockouts?
Wished I had a Titan pump with my LGX.
I second that thought. The AMS pump is easier to deflate but I liked the Titan pump better.

Re: AMS CX vs, Titan?
Some more comments just to make sure we beat this subject completely to death. I think the reason I was originally implanted with the Titan is because I had Peyronies. I had some curve to the left and an hourglass. The Titan did indeed straighten my dick out nicely. So, I think Peyronies should be a...
