Re: Urethra injury? Possible removal now? How do I deal with this?
First, I’m not a Dr so just a humble opinion. Possible you had a small injury from the catheter which was aggravated by the stretching induced by cycling. Small abrasions and nicks are fairly common with catheter insertion and removal. That’s why that first piss after catheter hurts like a bastard. ...

Re: pump bulb flat
I had same problem. The leak did not get worse but the slow fluid loss resulted in softer and softer erections. I noticed the leak only happened when deflated so I inflated to max which was 75%, and left it that way for the 3 months it took to get a revision.

Re: Are implants a long term solution?
I credit length loss to a slightly longer but much wider implant so it is a unique case. As I see it the volume is still the same, just stretched wider rather than longer. Aggressive cycling may correct loss but I have not been diligent as I am not using it.

Re: Are implants a long term solution?
In my case revision lost 1.5 inches. Long term prospects that direction are no picnic either. I was implanted in my 50’s and was performing, but not as well as would have liked. Would I make the same choice? Yes, but probably a few years later and better informed about the size and type of implant.

Trading length for girth?
When I had a revision which replaced a 24 cm (with .5 cm RTE) AMS CRX with a 26 cm Titan, my length went from 8” to 6.5 “. At the same time, my girth went from 5” to 6”. This has me thinking that perhaps when the internal tissues are stretched in the axial dimension, the ability to stretch in the lo...

Re: Pain when deflated
I have same size implant and fully deflated dog ears or even the creases causes discomfort. I have settled on pumping just enough to pop out the ears and creases and wearing boxer briefs with a down the leg stowage. I don’t think it shows any more than fully deflated in that position. More a functio...

Mine tried it once and shut down. Like you, she will not even touch it.

Re: leak after revision
They changed out everything. Went from AMS to Titan. Dick went from long and thin to short and fat. I preferred long and thin but we don’t get to choose.

Re: leak after revision
I had similar issues. I noticed that the number of pumps till flat was getting less and less. Eventually I could only get to 80% hard. When Dr confirmed leak and scheduled surgery for 4 months out, I just left myself at the 80% hard mark so as to have something usable during the wait for revision. H...

Re: Implant Lessons Learned
I think surgeons should make as accurate a measurement as externally possible before surgery. My size requires a special order and I don’t think they had the proper unit in stock at hospital. This resulted in rte’s that might have been avoided. Even revision unit was not sized well. Talk it out befo...
