Re: Anyone has been regretted after implant?
No regrets here! I haven't used it much due to my wife's lingering menopausal issues, but when I do use it, it's great. Just knowing I have it makes all the difference.

Re: Ummm...A Problem
I emailed my doc. In her reply she encouraged me to urinate both before and after inflation, as the angle of the urethra might change. She said it could be climacturia. We’ll discuss at my next appointment.
Thanks for the counsel and input!

Ummm...A Problem
Hi everybody. I haven't posted in awhile because things were going fine following my implant in March. That is, until last week. As my wife and I were enjoying ourselves after 3 years of non-activity, without warning I emitted urine all over the place, including all over her. She was kind (not surpr...

6-Week Post-op Update and a Couple of Questions
I had modified Nesbit and implant procedures on March 6. I left the hospital with a 20% inflation. Yesterday I had my 6-week checkup and was finally able to activate this thing. I can’t thank the folks on this forum enough for your support and counsel through it all. I had no pain at all when I full...

Reservoir Pain
Hi everybody.
I’m 24 days post-op and recovering well. I’ve noticed that I’m having some lingering, internal pain where the reservoir sits. Is this to be expected? It’s not crippling pain, but kind of a nuisance.
Thanks!

Re: March 6 is the Day
2 weeks to the day since my surgery. My penile stitches are healing and the lower abdominal incision is still closed! LOL
One thing I’ve noticed in recent days is a real tenderness in my suprapubic fat pad. I haven’t really noticed this before. Is this normal?
Thanks everybody.

Re: March 6 is the Day
I’m 7 days out and surprised at how much better I’m feeling. The new guy is still learning to play nice with the twins, though. I’ve found that sitting in a hard chair is still to be avoided for too long. Now I wait patiently until March 26 when I see my doc for that first visit. I’m so curious to s...

Re: March 6 is the Day
It’s been 6 days since my surgery. I’m going to attempt teaching a 3 hour class tomorrow morning. I think I’ll be ok. It will prob be good for me to help build back my energy levels. Then again... :D My gut is finally empty. My wife gave me a cocktail of milk of magnesia and prune juice last night. ...

Re: Day 3 pump question
From what I can tell, my AMS pump is bigger than either nut. My doc gave me a “keychain” with the AMS pump on it. It’s huge! I guess I can practice on it. It won’t be dangling from my office keys, that’s for sure! :D Like you, I can’t imagine trying to cycle right now. When my doc partially deflated...

Re: Day 3 pump question
Glad you’re doing well. My surgery was Wednesday. From my experience, I can’t really find the pump! I’m still pretty swollen and scared to irritate the walnuts. I was deflated to about 30%. I’ve been using a hospital urinal to pee. It keeps the bathroom more dry that way. Keep your head up! (pun int...
