Got my big day scheduled
I am scheduled for surgery on June 3. Wanted to get it done earlier, but late May was the earliest I could schedule. Oh well, I've struggled with ED for 25 years, so a few more months shouldn't matter ... much. Looking forward to joining the bionic brotherhood. Thank you, all, for the information an...

Re: Trimix formula downgraded
The uro nurse only recommended same dose. Which is troubling. That is 0.5-ml.
I ordered two (I think they are 2-ml vials each)... and that is hopefully the last I'll need.
Otherwise, yes, I would seek out a mail-order pharmacy. This one is local.

Trimix formula downgraded
I just requested a refill for Trimix 30/2/40 and uro nurse informed me the pharmacy no longer makes that strength, so I am getting 30/1/20. Kind of a bummer. I was shooting about 10-15 ml prior to cancer/chemo (2023). Shot 20 ml this past weekend with 30/2/40 and it was so-so. How far should I go up...

Re: Gabapentin & Tramadol: Can't Climax
I have been on gabapentin for a couple of months now, 2000 mg per day. Reaching a climax has been increasingly difficult in that time. Not sure if it is helping with my neuropathy (post-chemo), so after seeing this forum thread yesterday, I called the pall. care nurse and am slowly going off the gab...

Re: When to go bionic…
I recently came to the conclusion to go bionic. ED since my late 30s. Pills worked for a while, and Trimix for the past 5 or 6 years --- it works but I am getting tired of the injections and not quite sufficiently hard for good PIV sex. Uro gave me confidence to go bionic and I was about to schedule...

Re: Maintaining erection with zero physical stimulation
If I stop all manual stimulation my erection will be down within 30 seconds regardless.
Sorry, but that sounds like ED and VL to me. However, I am not a medical professional. Just a long-time sufferer of it.

Re: One of many Implant Journeys: Countdown to going Bionic
Good luck from the other side of the Atlantic! Keep us posted on your journey. I talked to my uro yesterday about the possibility of an implant, and he's for it. So am I, but I will wait until spring to schedule. Apparently, you have to schedule the surgery before the insurance company reviews it fo...
