Re: Question ??? / Pumped for the First time 2 weeks post implant
To deflate I press the release valve and simultaneously squeeze the shaft with my other hand. When inflating I am definitely pumping 20-30 plus times, BUT most of the time I struggle to make a full pump. The inflation bulb is often still too firm for me to fully press. So I don't think this is a rel...

Re: Sex without pain/discomfort?
I'd like to hear from more people that don't have pain. How long did it take?

Re: Length increase query
Most notice a slight increase in size (0.5" - 1.0") as time goes on. So I think your doctor gave you good advice. I'm only a couple weeks from my first inflation, but I have already noticed some length gains (0.25"). I still can't fully inflate due to pain in tips, so I would assume I...

Re: Unusually Cold Glans
My doc warned that if you don't deflate all the way, it will restrict blood flow to the glans. As a result atrophy would take place in the glans. I assume this would also make your glans cold. So I would be sure you are deflating as much as possible. You may also want to consult with your doc. There...

Re: The Final Straw
I'm a young guy as well. Realize that implants have many more complications for young people. You will likely need multiple revisions over your lifetime. Multiple surgeries mean multiple chances for complications, infections, loss of size, and wearing of the tunica. If you get an implant, there is n...

Re: Which Model is the right one for me?
If your doctor does a lot of implants, you may want to give some weight to his opinion. I compared both the AMS and Coloplast side by side in my doc's office. The Coloplast gave a much firmer erection, and the cylinders had a larger diameter. Admittedly the AMS was more malleable deflated. I am curr...

I've had a few of those moments. My unreliable dick was ruining my life pre op. I find resolve in knowing that it can't be any worse. It can only get better. I hope you feel the same way.

Re: Position of Reservoir
I asked Dr Eid to point on my body where the reservoir is located. He pointed to an area just below or at my waist slightly off center to the left.
Also, I believe (don't hold me to this) that he advised me against lifting weights for 6 weeks for fear of herniating the reservoir.
