Hang in there,with good cycling it will soften and be comfortable!!!

My titan just started to squeak today, I am 2nd day cycling. Is this just suppose to be normal? I thought the squeak was more common with the titan classic? The pump/cylinders are still very hard, I am 5 weeks post surgery... Will it improve as things soften up ? I’m 2 1/2 yrs out and mine does som...

Let everything heal first!I would wait at least 3 months before using that,it’s pretty aggressive!

Pretty typical actually.I gained all of mine back with consistent cycling and you will too!Be patient you’ll get it back!

Congrats on the new Titan!Almost 2 1/2 yrs out with my Titan and having some of the best sex of my life!Trust me,great times ahead!!

Have your Testosterone checked if you haven’t!I’m on weekly injections and when turned on can shoot 4 or 5 good squirts and I’m 71!

Not to sure you will find a surgeon that will go along with that problem,it’s for someone who can’t get an erection not pre mature ejaculation!

In my opinion you should be 100% committed to IPP surgery,if not hold off,you can always reschedule!Your doctor has a good reputation and I’m sure you would have a good outcome,but again if you’re not committed to it,hold off and get other opinions!Just my two cents.I love mine!
