When I freeze syringes, which I don't do often, I always pull a little air into the syringe to allow for expansion when freezing. I guess this leaves the needle clear. I've never had any issues with getting a slug of desiccated of juice in the needle.

Probably time to see your doctor but that is a pretty weak mix.

Sorry, I don't know what happened. My experience with alprostadil (PGE-1) is that when hard frozen it loses potency VERY slowly. And it's the ingredient that loses potency the fastest. If yours was hard frozen from when new it probably lost a little but very little.

If it worked well the first time but didn't work at all with the increased dose injections then the obvious answer is you missed the correct spot. Are you using the proprietary cartridges or regular syringes?
