I seriously doubt the test caused any damage. You would have had to have the priapism for an extended time well over 4 hours. Don't sweat it.

My current urologist also says no T shots. There is at least some dispute on the practice. My cancer was in the margins so I supposedly remain at higher risk. Last year I did have one PSA that show a jump from near zero but the next went back to near zero.

Congratulations, I'm glad you had a successful 1st injection. Yes, it's good you aren't maxed out on that mix and better yet it's a rather weak mix, so you have plenty of room for adjustments.

No injections don't always cause curvature. I expect there is at least a little scaring but I haven't really noticed it.
