I finally got discharged this morning at 930. Drove home just 15 miles but hitting a bump hurt like hell. Finally getting to ice. Just taking one day at a time. Have to see my surgeon on Thursday. Finally got to lay down in my bed. Hardly slept in the hospital. Needed a bed extender didn't get it un...

First day is over. Long night didn't sleep well up walking the floor. Doctor came in told me I'm going home, just need the nurse remove my foley and I have to pee and I'm on my way home. Hope fully by 10. Losing not bad at all hopefully it will be less once one foley is removed.

Sore, got to order lunch no restrictions. Doctor said he'd inflate to 75% will see.

My bionic day has arrived. At the hospital waiting to be called in by the nurse. I'll post later once I wake up.

Well my surgery day is almost here. I have to be at the hospital tomorrow at 5:30 am. Starting to get a little nervous, but I know all will be well.

Thanks guys no worries about BS or A1C which is 5.7, I guess I was more concerned with healing more than anything.

Scheduled for surgery this coming Tuesday July 10. Just wondering if did you do anything different than diets and meds and or do you have any specific problems after surgery.

No I don't. I'm spending the night in the hospital. Driving home the next day. I'm just 10 minutes from the hospital.
