There is quadmix. Strongest you can get. a 4 part compound. Ask your Urologist or find another one.

Glans have a different blood supply and implant shouldn’t affect it. I have AMS LGX and if I inflate without any stimulation my glans are floppy and actually cold to the touch Stimulating will make it happen.

I have AMS LGX 700. Very satisfied. Gets hard enough to dent a Buick. As with all implants it will not be as floppy as an natural penis but you will probably have a nice bulge to show when totally deflated and who would complain about that?

Congrads. AMS LGX 700 implanted 2/15/2017. Developed a very painful thrombosis several months after surgery and had to have it surgically removed but doing fine now. Enjoying the bulge also.
