charles raised an important point: The medical grade ones have a vacuum limit which I also personally found very useful.

I find that lowering body fat really helps a lot. I started pumping when I was at 19% body fat and it was really hard to "manage" down there. Not to mention I couldn't get the suction to stay. But once I lowered my body fat to around 14%, it was so much easier. I got most of these tips fro...
