Thank you for the input Right now I cycle and there really isn't a lot of pain except once in awhile the tips. I pump until the pump gets so hard I have to use two hands. Two weeks post op and Dr. said ok to start cycling the pump. Couple days later I called back to clarify how I should be pumping. Her instructions were to pump and release 5 times a day not to hold.
