Re: Just beginning !

I’ve found new hope for the my non responsive member. It’s gotten very depressing having the desires for intimacy but not the inability to achieve the goal. ! Always remember, there are more ways than penetrative sex to achieve and satisfy the desires for intimacy. Coitus is the "gold standard...

Re: Ice packs

Anyone ever use a circulating cold water device? I have seen them used for shoulder and knee surgeries. Essentially it is a bladder (not unlike a hot water bottle) connected to a cooler by hoses. The cooler is filled with ice and water and a pump sends the chilled water to the bladder. They have bla...

Re: Any experience with narrow cylinders?

I would prefer to not any girth at all and am hoping to decrease girth some by going to a narrow cylinder. 43yo a...

Re: Any experience with narrow cylinders?

In regard to kinking...i was moreso asking in regard to kinking easier under pressure while fully pumped. Being a narrow cylinder would it have less rigidity or bend easier than a non narrow cylinder. I would sort of assume being narrower would be have less axial rigidity. Perhaps i can find a publ...

Re: Making the big decision

Professor Ralph’s specialist nurse said that the cylinders do not go into the glans (contrary to some of the posts in this forum). He is recognised as the top guy in Europe and so I’m not inclined to doubt him. The nurse did say there’s always a risk of floppy head but with a young guy who can get ...

Re: advice on deciding to get an implant -- is it better or worse than a natural dick

Thank you Gene. Definitely aware of that risk and I've been taking regular measurements to monitor. Measurements and monitoring are good, but are you doing anything to mitigate? There is some evidence to show that regular erections are vital to keeping tissues elastic and healthy (through oxygenati...

"Had some repairs to my 'undercarriage'" should suffice. (A euphemism inspired by something Daisy Duke said in the movie)

Re: advice on deciding to get an implant -- is it better or worse than a natural dick

QUESTION 2: "Does the upside potential of implant outweigh the downside risk ?" so, brothers, please keep the discussion going (and help out charlie17 who is on the fence regarding whether he really needs this surgery) by writing your opinions and answers to the questions on "perform...
