In my case I doubt that it is due to scarring. I discovered this problem when I first started injecting. I think there must me something in the structure of the penis.

From time to time when I inject the needle hits something pretty solid. I have to pull out and try a different spot. What part of the anatomy am I hitting? I'd like to find it on a schematic drawing so that I can figure out where to avoid. I inject about 1 1/2 inches from the base of the penis. Thanks

Had Radical Prostatectomy with bi-lateral nerve sparing DiVinci surgery in 2016. Never was able to get an erection after. Been using Bimix ever since with no problems so far. I found the vacuum pump painful and useless after trying pills (didn't work).

Thanks for posting those thoughts. It gave me some insight into my own marriages. Currently married to wife with no interest in sex after the first year of marriage and certainly not adventurous in any form. Never initiated sex. She was just born that way and never had a desire to change.
