During a routine PSA test my number went from about 4, where has been for years, to 16.1......
Last test was about 18 months ago.
I have been taking testosterone by IM for about a year......
Sure would appreciate any advice.

May I suggest that you read through the threads in the pump section? You will find all manner of advice which put you on the right track. You must place a constriction ring or two, and or a sleeve before you reduce the vacuum. You cannot remove the sleeve then place a ring without loosing your erect...

I finally received my new pump, it was in good shape even if a wee bit tardy.

Nevertheless, it is a great gadget, works much better than my old encore.

I have no problem in getting a fine erection, enjoyed by both wife and I.

I agree 100% with FT Admin, but suggest that coconut butter is equally good But is less messy. I find it unnecessary to trim or shave my pubic hair, which I personally dislike.
