Re: Tunica and Pressure Atrophy over Time
Wow. Is aggressive sizing a new thing of recent years? If so, then we will not have any data until these people age? Maybe more conservative implanters dont want to risk the longterm unknown with pushing the tips in too far? Not for high volume implanters. Also, aggressive sizing is about length. T...

Re: Tunica and Pressure Atrophy over Time
Not going to lie just woke up with a hangover and this has made it much worse!!! I was told zero about this so I’m completely ignorant to this!! Is this actually an issue though. I’ve heard of erosion and the a revision is done. But if this is a thing can the tunica not be tightened somehow?? And a...

Re: Tunica and Pressure Atrophy over Time
As a young guy looking to get an implant I'm really not too worried about this. For one, because atleast I'll get to enjoy sex in my youth atleast, I'll worry about when I'm older when I'm actually older. But more importantly, I've only seen one doctor express this opinion, but I've never seen a stu...

Re: Nitinol implants, Andrew Kramer
But you'd need to use an external device to get erections, whereas an inflatable implant is more self contained. Also, one advantage of an inflatable implant is that you can keep erect for however long you want to. This won't be possible with the memory metal implant. Keep it hot with friction. :sh...

Re: Electronic pump implant
At first, I was intrigued by the potential of this new technology. Being able to program the timing and speed of your erection and deflation seems like a great concept. If the pump were able to assist in deflation as well, it would make the whole process much easier. However, with a bit more ponder...

Those who went to America for treatment, what kind of Visa did you need?
Did you apply for a special medical visa, or a standard visitors visa?

A question about the stretch test
For those whose doctors performed the stretch test prior to operation, on them, how hard did the doctor pull ? Did they pull it very hard until the penis wouldn't stretch anymore, or was it just a light tug ?

Re: Does your implant wobble at the base when erect ?
Okay wow, I never wanted any of you guys to fight over this. Just in case it matters, I messaged Dr Hakky, and he said he tries to avoid using RTEs whenever possible because they do affect overall rigidity. However he did say that "there are occasions where Rear tip extenders are necessary espe...
