Re: how long after implant surgery can it be used
Seems that most docs say not to have sex for 6 weeks. However, some say sooner. So ... 4 to 6 weeks. After you start sex, you can have erections as often and as many times per day as you want. Your erections will last until you hit the deflate button. My wife and I are lovers everyday. I think it is...

Re: Implant still works but bulb has stopped refilling
Thanks much for your advice in getting my MRI. However, I really don't want to spend more time trying to get a response that Morey and his office doesn't want to give. As of now the implant is working fine. It's just worrying that if it goes flat when inflated, it will soon start to fail. If it does...

Re: Implant still works but bulb has stopped refilling
I went in for a four month follow up three weeks ago to Dr. Morey in Dallas. Because Dr. Morey is a urology professor, I always get most of my visit with a resident in training. Only a very brief visit with Morey. The resident was concerned that with 100 ml of fluid (or so it said in the surgical no...

Re: Implant still works but bulb has stopped refilling
In my case, the surgeon doesn't believe that it is running out of fluid. The surgical notes say that the reservoir was filled with 120 ml and backed down to 100ml. So, there is plenty of fluid. That's why he's requesting an MRI with the implant fully inflated. As I posted, it seems that only when mi...

Re: Implant still works but bulb has stopped refilling
I was implanted last November and have exactly the same experience with my pump (AMS CX700; MS pump). It pumps until really hard and then remains flat. Because it pumps fine 'till hard, I have enjoyed it's performance and am happy. However, since stopping by becoming flat isn't normal, I'm concerned...

Re: No more injections ... I'm movin' on
Yes, it might not be lifetime permanent, but ten to twelve years is a pretty long time. If you are having frequent sex, ten years of having to deal with injecting every time you have intercourse and then deal with the lingering erections afterwards is massively more inconvenient than the very tempor...
Re: Cialis
I posted this a few days ago. It has really had an effect on me. I take 10 - 20mg every other day and I have been waking up with firm erections even though my implant is deflated. That good blood flow has resulted in my penis gaining quite a bit of girth now when inflated. In fact at just over 3 mon...

Re: First time pumping up questions
A few weeks ago I started occasionally taking some left over Cialis. My theory was that blood flow is required for healing and, maybe, Cialis could somehow help with that. About two weeks ago, I started getting that feeling of a morning erection, but without getting hard at all. I think the feeling ...

Re: First time pumping up questions
It's been two months since my last post on this thread. I saw, recently, in another thread where someone said that the penis a couple of months after the surgery and 6 months to a year after surgery is as different as night and day. Well, mine is like night and day and I'm only 3 1/2 months. What I ...

Re: No more injections ... I'm movin' on
UPDATE - It's been 3 months since my surgery and I thought I'd share my experience. As you read in my Oct post above, I've been down the typical ED road that almost all of us traverse (pills, pumps, injections) and decided it's time to get this thing taken care of for good. I had my AMS CX 700 insta...
