Hi Rsmith - I think I have about the same problem. I was implanted with titan 2 yrs ago, and pump goes flat at compression # 12. Coloplast will give no info. I have an appt with uro in Oct. will post results. See my post under implants, this date.

I lost no size. went in with 7" and came out with 7". Doctor was Dr. Paul Perito, Miami, Fl. I personally think he is about as good as it gets. Had no problems, and little pain. highly recommend. good luck to you.
