If my implant is pumped up fully it won’t go into the VED, no way, my dick is far to thick. I can pump it up only to a certain extend.

You guys seem to be quite wrong when it comes to vaginas. A vagina isn’t round at all but flat like a flat tyre. It only gets round when you push a round penis or vibrator into it. If you insert an oval penis well then the shape of the vagina is oval as well. Easy to understand, isn’t it?
