Flaccid Penis Position and Feel
Right after my implant procedure the urologist had the penis inflated at about 70% plus or minus (as seems to be common practice). After twelve weeks I can inflate it and deflate it no problem. However, my penis definitely does not rest straight down as I see in some videos. It "rests" jus...

Re: Athletic supporter hurts like heck!
120 dollars worth of new underwear purchases later, I have gotten a jockstrap as the perfect solution. . . the lightweight cotton kind from Papi. Extremely comfortable. I now am able to point my penis downward. However, that was not the case initially. After four days, the only solutions that worked...

Re: vibrators
Okay, we'll avoid gasoline powered vibrators. To be honest, I have no idea what to do with a vibrator if you have an implant. Probably the same thing you would do with it if you didn't have an implant? Just want to cover all bases. I never heard this discussed before. I have no idea how durable the ...

Re: Date is set!
Just know that, if it is anything like my experience, you will go through phases. First I went crazy waiting for the procedure. Then, from immediately afterward to a week after, I wanted it taken out! Until TWO MONTHS following the operation, I woke up every morning saying "What the hell was I ...

Re: Advice needed please
I agree that kegels are a good way to lessen and even eliminate incontinence. They also increase the intensity of orgasms.
