3rd Implant. I can’t afford this !!

I’ve forgotten the brand names of these things, but my urologist here in Sydney Australia only does the Boston Scientific inflatables. First one lasted about 5 years, and both cylinders failed by tearing right where I predicted they would, ie on the bend caused by fitting it , flaccid, into my under...

Re: AMS LGX Implanted Dick in Trousers Issues

I’ve stopped wearing the constrictive Lycra, but left my dick at about 15% inflation in my floppy track pants and have been up the street like that. I am still hoping to get some helpful comments about the wisdom of leaving my cock with a semi erection 100% of the time in order to not allow the cyli...

Re: AMS LGX Implanted Dick in Trousers Issues

I guess I wanted the claimed girth expandability of the LGX. I don't know about the CX, much, at all, but the "knobby" texture of the Titan I felt up once, seemed awful. The point here is not other makes and models. We didn't know just how bad the two tears were untilI was horizontal and c...

AMS LGX Implanted Dick in Trousers Issues

It seems that the most common form of failure with the AMS is tears in the cylinders at the sites where both of them must be expected to bend to allow your "now only-ever-only-semi-flaccid" dick to fit into your underwear and trousers, etc. I'm just re-equipped with the same design of AMS ...

Re: Travel and implants

I posted recently about an incident at LA international airport. I don’t think pre-check is available for foreigners, but I believe what showed up was the fine tubing, and perhaps the pump, not the implant itself. The advantages of the implant so far outweigh all disadvantages that my recommendation...

Re: Airport Security

I am just having a complete revision as my AMS 7000, 21cm stopped working about a year ago, and I have 22cm implant as of yesterday . I’ve done lots of interstate and international flights out of Australia in the 5 years or so since the first implant, and only had one incident where I set off an ala...

Re: Folds/Dog Ears in AMS LGX?

I had the AMS LGX 700 surgery here in Sydney Australia in 2014. or so and quite soon noticed a crease in the left cylinder, from the natural bend caused by underwear and trousers. The crease always disappeared with a few pumps, but with near 8 inches erect, (pre-implant was 9) you can't walk around ...

Re: SHOW & TELL

Absolutely willing to talk to prospective implantees and the already implanted about our experiences. And, with some (very few) reservations to show as well, since I think no amount of photographs and assurances from surgeons substitutes for real life experience. And I do recall the unnecessary year...

Re: Trying to get through...

Those "You'll be fine/ Live until 100"commiserations are indeed horrible. And oif course, they come because people don't know what to say.. . . . But they also have a component of "trying to shut you down" , inadvertently, of course. I am in this situation myself with a recent be...
