That is so true Doug but in time you can get most of your length back by stretching and your girth improves with use. I'm saying that only 15cm inflate but the implant in total is 23.5 cm. I get additional length from the RTEs pushing the implant forward and my engeorged glans. I'm sorry if I confused you.
