Re: Are implants a long term solution?
In my case revision lost 1.5 inches. Long term prospects that direction are no picnic either. I was implanted in my 50’s and was performing, but not as well as would have liked. Would I make the same choice? Yes, but probably a few years later and better informed about the size and type of implant....

Re: Ams700 implanted guys
How your implant have been working? I'm wery interested to hear good and bad things.... Over 6 years on mine and it still works. That is, it inflates and deflates. I have all the original parts. Not a perfect install and a perforation repair. But the device is still working. I had a sticky pump tha...

Re: Caveat emptor: Coloplast does not cover the cost of Titan revision surgery
I'm hearing this for the first time. Thank you. How do I find the price of Coloplast Genesis or Titan One Touch? That's the price for the one touch. I'm not sure about the genesis If you contact Coloplast, will they provide me with a quote, or will they simply pass the ball back by suggesting I che...

Re: Caveat emptor: Coloplast does not cover the cost of Titan revision surgery
Curious, how do I find the cost of the device alone? Is it a top secret or something? Even the doctor are not telling it straight! My titan in 2021 was $9509.49, I paid this via check directly to Coloplast Corp I'm hearing this for the first time. Thank you. How do I find the price of Coloplast Gen...

Re: Ams700cx wonderful, but I feel my penis is wide and flat, not round
I am someone who is considering an implant, so I have been reading these forms. One thing that I find quite surprising, if not shocking, is people mentioning using cock rings while they have an implant! I thought the purpose of an implant was to make things easier? Also, I have used a cock ring wit...

Re: Why is there such a negative view of implants outside of the Internet?
I thought you were happy with it? Wouldn't an implant be superior to mediocre sex with a weak erection? Curious why your stance is implant as last resort. Yeah sure something could go wrong eventually but we're all gonna die why would you wait until your completely impotent or something to get an i...

Re: Why is there such a negative view of implants outside of the Internet?
Keep in mind that the "risk of something going bad" is not a one time thing, it's cumulative as you have revision surgeries over time. Odds are probably high that eventually something will go wrong. I would not get the implant unless I had nothing left to lose. I thought you were happy wi...

Re: Update on Coloplast Malleable Surgery
I saw that it's been two years since your titan was removed, are you able to urinate well still? Has your penis changed/shrank in that time?
