Re: Why is there such a negative view of implants outside of the Internet?
I thought you were happy with it? Wouldn't an implant be superior to mediocre sex with a weak erection? Curious why your stance is implant as last resort. Yeah sure something could go wrong eventually but we're all gonna die why would you wait until your completely impotent or something to get an i...

Keep in mind that the "risk of something going bad" is not a one time thing, it's cumulative as you have revision surgeries over time. Odds are probably high that eventually something will go wrong. I would not get the implant unless I had nothing left to lose. I thought you were happy wi...

Re: Update on Coloplast Malleable Surgery
I saw that it's been two years since your titan was removed, are you able to urinate well still? Has your penis changed/shrank in that time?

Re: Caveat emptor: Coloplast does not cover the cost of Titan revision surgery
You're right that it's important to know upfront that an implant is a lifelong financial commitment, and that the manufacturer's warranty only covers the cost of the device and not the other surgical costs. But the "30% failure rate" you describe isn't really accurate. They said that 30% o...

Re: My PT Surgery Progress...
There needs to be something like Penile Implant therapy available. None at the URO. I guess I don't have the nerve to reach down and squeeze on my pump. Guess too scared too. The pump is still hard and squeezing the nut sack ain't comfortable. So far, this has been a wasted surgery. And I'm all hea...

Re: For guys who had a Titan but changed to an AMS.
Same experience as you, I have 24cm titan and it feels terrible when deflated and not aroused. Hoping to try an AMS CX when I need a revision. By the way, what is your girth? I wonder if the titan feels worse for guys who have less natural girth

Re: Generally speaking, how reversible is size loss?
My girth is more with the coloplast Titan than it ever was natural. About 4.75" natural, and 5" with the titan. Not to mention girth can be enhanced with injectable fillers if you want extra. I wouldn't sweat it

Unfortunately it folds very strongly... A couple pumps dont change it until it's pretty much 70% full.
Agreed I need to go see Dr Eid, wish it wasn't such a long trip to go see him in another state but I'll do that

Re: AMS 700 CX or LGX?
Hell yeah on your signature line, 2435tjklAS. That's my goal as well, even a modest 1/2". My final goal of 10"+x6"+ is because I plan to get the tunica expansion procedure (TEP) whenever my current implant quits working. But yes, for half an inch growth, I think that instead of it be...
