Glans gets hard if it got hard before implant. That process is not changed by the implant.

Ive gotten flagged a few times at airport security because of the implant. Usually happens when I don't go through TSA Pre check. With Pre check the scans are much more lax.

Sure there's hope. Try sildenafil, I find it's the strongest med. If that doesn't work then try injections
