Re: Lipofilling to increase girth after penile implant
You might also try asking this over on the Phalloboards forums at Phalloboards.info. Their whole forum is based around discussing injectible enlargement procedures like this. From what I understand from reading there, injecting fat is not the preferred method for girth enhancement but you can peruse...

Sorry I don't have an answer for your question, but I wanted to ask you: you are one of very few men on here who have the Rigicon inflatable implant. What do you think of it so far?

Re: Coping with addiction and ED at a young age
What have you tried to help with your ED? You didn't mention if you've tried pills, have you tried injections other than at the doctor's office? Ever considered the implant? There are definitely guys your age and younger that got the implant and are very, very happy with it.

Re: Some thoughts after playing around with a model of the Coloplast Titan
Very nice post, thanks for sharing your thoughts! Interesting that you found the rods to be softer than expected- a lot of people describe their implant as "hard as a railroad spike" etc. Hope I can get one too!

Re: What is the venous leak and which cause it??
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what causes the veinous leak. The current standard of care for ED is to treat the symptoms with treatments like pills, injections and the implant. There's no need to look deep into the root cause because with today's medical technology the treatment is...

Re: For Christmas I got a new implant
Wolfpacker, I'd be more than happy to elaborate. I am now 34 years old, and got my first implant when I was 29, after having struggled with ED my entire life. Though my initial recovery was difficult, with some issues I have documented here in an old thread, I can say with full confidence that once...

Merry Christmas C_lab34! What a great Christmas gift for yourself. As a young guy, can you give any comments on how having the implant has gone over the past 4 years?

Re: Trimix - venous leak - sexual position issues
Mr Skin- you’re young like me. If you know you have VL, have you considered an implant? I’m not sure why I have the issue I have. I feel like excess masturbation damaged my penis when I was younger. Regardless- I have this issue still after doing months of “NoFap.” I would imagine I might have VL t...

Re: please help. I'm only 25 years old
If the pills don't work for you, you can try injections if your urologist will prescribe that. If the injections also dont work or don't suit your lifestyle, the implant is the final option. It is a good option though so dont be afraid to go for it. Life is short and you only get one; sounds like yo...
