I agree with bldoink that you inject too infrequently for any issues to develop as a result of over injecting. Are you buying your Trimix from the same source. Seems the quality of your Trimix or mix has changed or your injection missed the target.

Insulin dependent (0n pump) diagnosed over 25 years ago. When viagra stopped working, Trimix injections worked well fo three plus years and then slowly reduced its effectiveness.

The rule of thumb is to limit time under vacuum to under 20 minutes using a mild vacuum - not to exceed 5 inches of mercury (5hg). No gauge? Pump until you feel slight discomfort and then back off slightly. If you pump at higher levels you need to shorten the time under vacuum. I agree that one week...

Up until I stopped injecting two years ago, I bought my Trimix from Avela Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ. I was paying $80, including shipping for 10 ml.

As mentioned by several of the above posters, I also started using Trimix after Viagra stopped being effective. After three years and several increases in concentration, Trimix stopped being effective. In my case, I believe my condition (diabetes) worsened over the years. I now rely on a VED.

I am diabetic (over 25 years) and suffered temporary kidney failure last year after getting significantly dehydrated due to a stomach virus. The kidney specialist (Nephrologist) advised that diabetics at my age (77) have most likely lost 25% of their kidney function and need to limit potassium intake.
