Congrats!! I had mine done on 10/24/13 (AMS LGX). Day 5 or 6 is the real turning point for the better. Ice, ice, ice and ice!!! Also, take a stool softener!! I didn't listen to that advice and I'm paying for it now!!!

Day#7 Wednesday Even better today. Went to dinner with the family' and walked around Target for an hour pain free. Got home and iced for 20 minutes and still no pain!!
