Do a search on "underwear". I wrote several articles on the brands I tried and used.
I left the hospital with a jockey strap pointing straight up. was told that was the best position for healing straight and the one that caused the least amount of pain while healing.

Re: Actual erection length with various implants
I've AMS LGX 700 (21+4 = total of 25 cm = 10 inches): - Current erection is at 6 inches at 10 weeks post op (activation was at 3 weeks). - I was just shy of 5" following the surgery, but got back the lost 1" after full 7 weeks of 2 to 3 times of daily and often painful cycling. Still work...

Re: Instructions post op: Urinal
A urinal will be your friend for the next few weeks if not longer. In an earlier post I said you should leave the hospital with it.
Plus it will keep you from peeing all over the commode and floor. Others will thank you.

Re: Bionic male sex drive mismatches with the sex partner
Unfortunately getting an implant does not make a mismatch change to a match. If one does not find ways to keep the fire in the relationship the desire for intimacy may diminish. Partners Counseling maybe an option too. If you want to pursue rekindling the desire this is a good book written for senio...

Re: Ams - what is the pop?
Thank you. I've just tried it 3 times and still no pops. Why it should be so difficult? I'm in the same boat. I can't squeeze the button any harder, hold it for 5 seconds. Then try to pump and that sucker is as hard as a rock -- no pop. I keep trying this and then waiting a few hours for my scrotum...

Re: 3 Inches and no change
This what I put in a previous post... I started the VED Protocol weeks before my IPP. I believe this conditioned me for post-op inflation. Dr. Cornell activated me at 33 days, was able to pump to the max two days later and continued going for a total of 60 minutes for several months. This means I wo...
