A urinal will be your friend for the next few weeks if not longer. In an earlier post I said you should leave the hospital with it.

Plus it will keep you from peeing all over the commode and floor. Others will thank you.

Unfortunately getting an implant does not make a mismatch change to a match. If one does not find ways to keep the fire in the relationship the desire for intimacy may diminish.
