Re: Malleable and work

I do not have a malleable yet, I am looking into the Rigicon. I presently have a failed Titan installed and it failed a couple of weeks ago, had it for 5 yrs. But to your question I do not see any issues once you have had it for awhile and get used to it. Thank you for your reply. I also smoke. Wou...

Re: If you were younger would you go into urology?

Urology is a pretty competitive speciality, as are most surgical subspecialties. Definitely top half of the medical school class. More competitive for example, than general surgery, internal medicine, OB-gyn or any primary care.

Re: New ED treatment device targeting veno-occlusive dysfunction mechanism

The website for that thing makes it look pretty snake oil-ish. Some weird wing looking thing with no side effects that uses the power of “radiofrequency” energy to stop veno-occlusive leak. Like c’mon, how exactly is that supposed to work?

Sure I hope it’s effective but I wouldn't bet on it

Spontaneity

Anybody have any tips on how to maintain some spontaneity when using injections? For context I am married. Shots produce good erections but interrupt my flow if you know what I mean.

Getting a implant and young kids around

Hello! I am 40 with progressive venous leaks currently managing on combination of low dose cialis and trimix 12-15 units. The pills were cool but the shots, while effective for a hard boner, really do take any spontaneity out of sex. I am considering an implant. However I have 2 young sons, 6 months...

Re: venous leak and infertility at same time. anyone?

Have you had your labs checked: testosterone, FSH, LH, prolactin?
Chronic low testosterone can lead to venous leak as well as affect fertility

Re: Venous Leak and Injections

Injections really aren’t bad so far. I might stick (haha) with them awhile. We’ve had some pretty good sex on 10-12 units of Trimix. Kind of like early viagra. My wife is actually pregnant so her being on top is a good position and that was becoming pretty hard to sustain on pills. Plus none of the ...

Re: Diagnosed with venous leakage, supposed to undergo surgery in about a month

I agree with what everyone else has written above. Penile vein ligation has been out of fashion for 20 years, because it doesn't work, and exposes you to unnecessary surgical complications, including penile scarring and shortening. At the very least please get a second opinion before proceeding.

Re: Venous Leak and Injections

Just curious, my handle is Otter46, so was surprised that someone else went by Otter. My last name is Ott, but some call me Otter & the 46 is the year I was born. Just wondering if u don’t mind, what is ur last name? Hey Otter46, My username actually has nothing to do with my last name. The ott...
