Re: Is there a doctor in the US that is known for sizing?
There are probably hundreds of implant surgeons in the US who will not cause you to lose size unless you have pre-existing issues. My surgeon never promised anything, and I was at my lifelong size the first time I inflated. As a bonus, I even picked up 3/8th inch. I've never heard of my doc mentione...

Re: New Guy
You should try to talk to an urologist about trying injections. It sounds like you're a good candidate for them if ED pills aren't working or don't work for you. Lots of valuable information on this site to help. I totally agree with you advice to Pumpkinman. I have to thank you for using "an&...

Re: Has anyone ever destroyed their penis through an implant?
I ruined everything. From my previous posts, I’m the rarest horrific case possible. Uncontrolled diabetes from age 15. No internet back in 1989. I was 23 yrs old and impotent. Yohimbe was the only pill before cialis and viagra. Tried injections, didn’t work. I was so young and stupid, went to an in...

I believe a small bit of glans discomfort means a mildly aggressive sizing.
That happened in my case, and I got a CM growth from my lifelong size.
I think I got a bit of girth also, but that doesn't come from aggressive sizing.

Re: Who's had the implant long term and happy???
Over five years and we are both still so happy with my implant. Wonderful sex for us both and I would do it again in a second. Trying to wear mine out  My experience is nearly exactly the same as Lester's. I'll be 5 years in 2 days, and it works great. It's a rare day when my wife doesn't come...

Re: Going On Year 4 With PFS - Seeking Advice
I really don't know, but Google said: PSF stands for Posterior Spinal Fusion. The PSF technique, often utilized for the thoracic or lumbar spine, can be performed through an open incision or a minimally invasive surgery (MIS) incision. An open incision is a midline incision that is typically larger ...
