I've used a drop of mineral oil on my glans to get in for years.
They say to only use something that you could ingest.
I get the oil at Walmart.

Re: Inflation
I'm past the 5-year mark, and I inflate 6 times a week.
My wife still must enjoy sex because she never turns it down.
She uses my golf day as an excuse to rest it.
She likes to stroke it to warm up.
I know I'm a lucky guy.

Re: Shorter after Surgery?
Get a VED and use it every day. That should help you get back some of what you lost.
If you get an implant, it would be great to have a good surgeon who can size you mildly aggressively.

Re: Feeling lost / 30 UK
Your post was long, but quite easy to read. Breaking long posts into paragraphs seems to be a lost art. It's hard for someone my age to give you advice, but I will anyway. I would at least try injections. They eventually stopped working for me, and I had to proceed to the final step, implantation. I...

Re: TRT & your blood count
I just got my lab results from last Friday's test. I'm just a bit below the averages they show. RBC 3.88, range 4.3 to 6 Hemoglobin 12.5, range 13 to 18 Hematocrit 36.5 range 40 to 53. I think I read that my kidney disease can cause those to be low. I guess I'll have to live with all of my issues, t...

Re: TRT & your blood count
I've been on T longer than you, and my blood count has always been on the low side. I even take supplemental iron. My hemoglobin was always low, but just crept up into the lowest normal range of 13.1. Have you ever been told you may have hemochromatosis? I suspect not because I think that's genetic,...

Re: Generally speaking, how reversible is size loss?
You're on the right track by ordering and using the pump. Use it daily and I think it will restore your size. Also use it daily before having the implant.

Re: What can go wrong in left groin/perineum
I think the auto-inflation is a concern, but I don't know if it's the source of the pain.
I had pain in my lower abdomen for some time after surgery.
I'm sure it was from the surgeon poking a hole to put in the reservoir.
It felt like what I assume a hernia would feel like.

When I read this post the first thing I thought of is that the splice from the pump to the reservoir wasn't done properly. That seems to be the weakest link on a pre-assembled implant.

Re: THE BIG DECISION
Risk of erosion is a consideration if an oversized prosthesis is implanted. Since the standard methodology of sizing occurs in the operating room, choosing an overlong distal and proximal length, in my view as a mechanical engineer, is an error of tremendous magnitude. I'd say it's inexcusable to m...
