Re: Axial penile rigidity and it's correlation to patient and partner satisfaction

I guess if you can live with a perpetual hardon go for it.
I don't work, but I couldn't handle that.

Re: Love the Lap Dance - penscrotal or infrapubic?

I'd kinda like to see the rationale for that.

Re: Virgin at 30 with ED all life | My Journey

There's no way to estimate the size of implants and RTEs until you're measured on the operating table.
I'd guess, and it's just a guess, that you may lose some girth.
Good luck.

Re: Injection Vs implant?

I think you're doing fine. Eventually you may have to keep upping the strength and quantity of the meds and than eventually they won't work.
That was my journey and some guys never reach that point.
Just keep an eye out for scarring and curvature.

Re: The purpose of RTE's

I think you're probably right about inventory.
Also, maybe it makes it easier for the surgeon but not as good for the patient?
Whatever the reason, I wish I didn't have RTEs.

Re: The purpose of RTE's

I just have one nit to comment on:

#2 The tubes from the reservoir enter the implant at a junction near the rear of the implant.

The reservoir tube goes to the pump and the pump's tubes go to the cylinders,

Re: Injection Vs implant?

I personally believe (and did) use injections when pills failed.
They worked well for several years until they didn't.
I did have to keep upping the dosages.

I think as long as you don't develop a curve or scarring, it's the way I'd go (and did).

Re: My argument for CX (vs LGX) and a question

Yes and yes.
If I were younger, maybe I wouldn't mind those 2 issues, but if I had no reason for added stiffness when flaccid, I wouldn't get the CX.

Re: PROSTATE

My radiologist said a side effect of radiation could be impotence.
Then she said "oh, that shouldn't bother you".

Re: PSA Level Up...

With my Gleason 3+3, I'll continue watching the progress.
I had a cousin who survived going into Normandy on D-Day in a glider.
Prostate cancer killed him awhile back.
If my next biopsy(s) go too high, I'll do the radiation.
