I took the heading to mean "come in my own mouth". Honestly, 50 years ago when I was much thinner, kind of upside down with my back up against the headboard and my feet in the air, I could come in my own mouth.....

Possibly older and with weaker hands than many of you, I pump 40 times and am able to use "all her holes"..... I'll often do ten or twenty pumps, play a bit, then pump some more.... Good luck man!

It really doesn't matter if your tubing or reservoir lumps are seen. Speaking only for myself, I have MANY, MANY "physical imperfections" much worse than the minor imperfection of my tubing. Be glad the doc didn't leave you with a "cold head" as my first surgeon did.... Go have f...

Not since I got a smaller strap-on for my favorite girl.... Oh...not what you meant?

Actually, it was a couple of years after my first implant that I had the opportunity. It was pretty easy. I do tease my favorite girl that she's lucky I have a small dick!

My regular health insurance paid for my first implant and my first revision. Medicare paid for my two subsequent revisions. Good luck man!

In the ten or so years I've been implanted, I've never had a comment nor a pat down. I also have a Titanium hip.
