Re: Relearning wanking

Josh, it is possible, even desireable, to wank each day in order to keep your penile tissues etc healthy. But you don't have to ejaculate. Maybe we could call it a kind of massage. That can be done several times a day, each time you go for a pee. Just massage your dick after you urinate. See whether...

Re: blood in urine

Thank you both for your replies. They help. I'll keep you posted.
And Josh - that quotation from the German philosopher is brilliant. It made me laugh. Laughter, they say, is the best medicine.

blood in urine

I know this is a site for discussing ed problems. But a lot of us have ed problems as a result of a prostatectomy, radical or robotic or whatever. I just want to call attention to another problem that may arise from the prostate cancer. There is always the possibility that a cancer cell may have esc...

Re: hematuria

Trying hard - thanks for your comments. I feel a bit better. I would like to think it's nothing serious. In any case I'll probably have to wait a while for an appointment.
I suspect the cause may have been strain - over-exertion.

hematuria

Hematuria - blood in the urine. Last week I had an episode of gross hematuria - blood clots in my urine. I did the sensible thing and contacted my doctor and provided a specimen for analysis. There was no sign of infection. So my doctor is referring me to the urologist to determine the cause of the ...

Re: Second puberty and other conundrums

Josh, welcome to the site. I like that abbreviation EQ. Maybe it will replace ED. Sounds better. Besides viagra etc. a good diet and exercise are supposed to be helpful. I've heard that spicy foods also help expand the arteries. But what they do to the stomach is another matter. What you are doing s...

Hey, Greg, you like Dylan Thomas. Are you a poet too? Not a bad thing. I like reading poetry to my wife. I wonder if other guy's wives like that sort of thing too.

sexual health

It seems to me that only when we got e.d did we realize how important, both psychologically and physically, our sexual health was and is. If there had been a public health campaign in the media and in schools, drawing a connection between diet and exercise and drugs with sexual well-being, wouldn't ...

support groups

This site is a wonderful support group for men suffering through e.d. The advice and suggestions that members give is wonderful. It's great to learn from the experience of others. Not every man here has had prostate cancer, but I would like to know from those who have had it whether you belong to an...
