I have had the same trouble from time to time. Some guys on this board, and I concur will try lowering the dose a little.Sometimes that can help...I guess I'm fortunate, not cumming only happens intermittently for me. Good Luck. Maybe someone else on here has a suggestion.

You can change doctors, but as bldoink said you can simply get a phone consult with a doc for a stronger mix. A good example I used is Olympia Pharmacy in FL.
