However, the Coloplast Titan which I have is made of a different, more rigid plastic (thus better support for larger dicks), and expands very little over time.

Jack....My pump has always been at the very bottom of my scrotum. At my 2-week checkup, I was told it was in a very favorable position....and the valve was accesible. However things seem to me to be very different. The valve does not seem to be accessible but sort of tangled or anchored to something...

After checking this morning, I am pleased to report that the testicular capsules seems to continue to shrink. I am hoping that after sufficient shrinkage i will find that the pump release-valve is free.
