Re: Trimix for under 30
I echo everyone's suggestion to fire your urologist. The Boston Medical Group is a scam. They are not usually staffed by urologists. They are strictly a high pressure sales scam. A good urologist would never send you there. Find a new urologist. The pain of caverject is caused by the alprostadil...o...

Re: what's realistic expection for the outcomes
Hard Drive,
Something sounds funny here. Titans are made for the larger guys, so this idea that you are too big or too long for the tube and the pump to fit properly seems odd. Please don't give up until you get the answers you need.

Re: What should partners know?
Guys, here is something I wrote to a wife. Would you tell me if it makes sense to you about what a guy is feeling? "...to a woman, this can often appear as "he doesn't care about US or me." Here's a way to think of it.... when the bank is knocking at your door and you have no money. Y...

Re: What should partners know?
Jim, just cut and paste, don't worry about the space. I'm interested to see what you've got. This is a difficult question for most of us men to even think about. What is it that men are unable to tell women? I'm looking for the really hard stuff. Why couldn't we tell her? Or what was hard to explain...

What should partners know?
Guys, I receive emails and membership applications from partners and wives who are at the end of their ropes about their husband and his ED. The universal theme is that they have struggled, and usually failed, with getting him to do something about it. My wife says that women need to know what is go...

Re: injections
guys, This thread has taken a really interesting turn. This masturbation discussion is one that really deserves its own thread in the sexuality forum. I have asked guys for some time how they have managed self pleasure with a flaccid member. In many penile rehab programs, we instruct men to masturba...

Re: Implant for 44 y/o
Bob, Take a look at the video at the bottom of the Implants Treatment page. That guy is on his third implant. Still going strong, doing very well. No major loss of length and he has a Coloplast Titan. He talks about it as he pumps it up. I think you'll be fine - many guys your age get an implant. do...

Guys,
Rest assured, this is a tax deduction. We are in the long process of gaining our 501c3 status - top level charity designation. It will be finalized in a couple months. All donations this year are totally tax deductible. Thanks so much!
