Not a problem with my AMS CX. Deflated it is soft enough to be as comfortable as before implantation.

Not true. Inflatables are the norm in the UK under the NHS where there is no profit motive for the doctor and no cost to the patient for the implant or a revision.

You can get an implant at no cost under the NHS. There are NHS centres of excellence around the UK and several good surgeons not only Professor Ralph. Read my posts. After 4 years my implant still works perfectly and has completely restored the sexual side of my life.

If you live in Europe you have no choice. Trimix is simply not available. There is also some evidence that alprostadil is much less likely to cause scar formation.

Is this just a Titan problem? My AMS 700 CX with MS pump was easy from the start.

Do not worry that 10mcg does not do much That was my experience when treated by the NHS. I needed 26mcg for good results and that worked well for several years That said my implant is infinitely better (no preparation,takes about 30 seconds and lasts as long as I want).
