I had my surgery on Tuesday, the 11th......the doc came in the next morning and untaped the penis, which had been pointing straight up....now, it's down....and the thought of bending it up makes me cringe! The pain is most definitely there.... Will it hurt to have my penis facing down??? I sure hope...
